摘要
近年来,可持续发展战略被普遍接受并深入人心。在可持续发展战略实施进程中,林业问题更显突出,由于丽江市林业的良性发展不仅对丽江的生态环境改善而且对维护全国生态的稳定和经济的持续发展具有重要的作用。本文试图通过对丽江的基本情况,林业在社会经济发展中的作用、地位及其发展中存在的问题的分析,对丽江林业发展目标,思路及政策执行情况的分析,来探讨在丽江实现林业可持续发展的政策机制和对策以及对当地社会、经济发展和生态环境建设的影响和意义。
