冷盐水灌注导管电隔离大静脉治疗阵发性心房纤颤—附4例

Saline-irrigated electrode in electro-isolating large veins for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

目的 观察冷盐水灌注导管在阵发性心房纤颤(阵发性房颤)消融治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法 4例阵发性心房纤颤患者,用冷盐水灌注导管消融治疗,采用阶段性线性消融经验性电隔离所有存在肌袖电位的大静脉,功率:30～4 0W ;温度控制:5 0℃。结果 成功隔离14支肺静脉,2支上腔静脉。所有病例即刻成功,无并发症。结论 冷盐水灌注导管电隔离大静脉治疗阵发性房颤安全。

Objective To observe the effects and safety of saline-irrigated electrode in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF).Methods 4 patients suffered PAF received radiofrequency ablation with saline-irrigated electrode, and their muscular sleeves of large veins were electro-isolated empirically.
