快速搅拌制粒制备空白微丸的工艺研究

Study of Preparation Technology of Pellets by fast Speed mixer

目的:利用快速搅拌制粒机制备空白微丸。方法:考察不同影响因素对空白微丸的影响,并利用均匀设计对微丸制备工艺进行了优化。结果:优选出快速搅拌制粒机制备空白微丸的工艺条件,并得出微丸平均粒径、收率与影响因素的定量关系。结论:其工艺制备空白微丸切实可行。

Objeetive:To prepare pellets by fast speed mixer.Methods:It was investigated to compare the influences on pel- lets.The optimum preparing technology of pellets was found by uniform design.Results:The optimum preparing tech- nology of pellets was found.A combination of Mean Diameter,Yield and influences was established.Conclusion:The adopted technology accorded with the demands of design.
