摘要
目的:研究震颤停胶囊对帕金森病(PD)模型动物的作用,并探讨其治疗 PD 的作用机理。方法:采用 C57BL/6J 褐鼠 MPTP 腹腔注射(ip)复制 PD 模型,观察震颤停胶囊对尼氏小体含量以及 Cas-pase-3、BDNF、表达的影响。结果:震颤停胶囊高剂量组尼氏小体的面积、平均光密度、积分光密度显著增多(p《0.01),震颤停胶囊中剂量组尼氏小体的平均黑度显著增多(p《0.05);震颤停胶囊各剂量组使Caspase-3的面积显著减少(P《0.01或 p《0.05),高、中剂量组并使 Caspase-3的平均光密度、积分光密度显著减少(P《0.01或 p《0.05);震颤停胶囊各剂量组能够显著提高 BDNF 的面积和平均光密度、高和中剂量组并能够显著提高 BDNF 的积分光密度(P《0.01或 p《0.05);结论:震颤停胶囊能够增加尼氏小体的含量;降低中脑黑质 Caspase-3,提高 BDNF 的表达,保护神经元免受损害;震颤停胶囊对 PD 模型动物具有保护作用。
