摘要
产业结构的状态总是随着经济发展的变化而处于不断变动过程中。以美国和日本为代表的世界发达国家从20世纪80年代开始了新一轮的产业结构调整,这次调整呈现出世界产业结构转换的新趋势———产业结构软化。世界产业结构软化趋势为我国产业结构调整和升级换代提供了宝贵的经验与启示。
The industrial structure has always been in a changeful process with the change of economic development. Since the 1980s, the developed countries of the world with the USA and Japan as an example, have begun a new readjustment of the industrial structure --the information industry has been developed. This tendency of IT in the industrial structure of the world has provided valuable experience and inspiration for China to optimize and upgrade its industrial structure.
