以江泽民同志为领导核心的党的第三代领导集体,高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,系统总结了我国农村改革经验,并结合我国改革开放和社会主义市场经济发展的新形势,确立了我国跨世纪农业、农村发展目标,努力探索具有中国特色的农业、农村发展之路和农民的富裕之路,进一步丰富和发展了邓小平“三农”理论,为探索我国跨世纪的农村改革和发展道路奠定了坚实的理论基础。

Regarding Jiang Ze-min as the core of the Party and raising the great flag of Deng Xiao-ping Theory, the third generation leaders have summarized China's village revolutionary experience systematically and connected the new situation of the opening and reform policy with the socialism market economy ; confirmed China's multi-century developing goal of agriculture and villages; explored the way of developing agriculture and villages with Chinese characteristics and the richness of farmers; further enriched Deng Xiao-ping's theory on agricural issues and made a stable theoretical basis for the exploration of the multi-century Chinese agricultural reform.
