我国近年来出现的诚信失常现象,主要是在体制转轨过程中诸多因素的不断积累与沉淀造成的。对诚信失常的处理对策包括:发挥政府在诚信失常治理中的主导作用,建立全国性的信用管理体系,制订专门的信用管理法律和法规,积极发展各种行业组织,加强行业自律,引导企业加强内部信用管理,建立诚信企业,在全国进行诚信道德教育等。

Our country's trustworthiness disorder in recent years was caused by the accumulation and deposition of various elements in the system refining.
