2003年抗击非典的活动给中国未来的改革带来很多启示,主要有三个方面。在政府改革方面,我们必须加快政府职能转变,提高工作效能,改进工作方式。在社会改革方面,我们要加快户籍制度改革,加强外出务工人员的组织程度,促进社区融合,还要加紧建设农村的社会保障体系。在传媒改革方面,要推进新闻公开,改革对传媒的管理体制,媒体也要加强对公众的引导。
