This essay states the advantages of gender-role androgyny and its necessity in children's character development. It also points out the actual problems occurred in the reality. After analyzing the influential factors in the formation of children's gender-role, the article suggests some effective ways to change the traditional gender-role education, and educate children towards gender-role androgyny.
