全民创业 志在富民——学习浙江经验的阅读扎记

实现富民,重要措施之一在全民创业。这在江苏和南京,不如浙江和温州,以致老百姓的富裕程度 也有差距。学习浙江,特别是借鉴温州经验,论述已多,难在结合本地实际,使其落实为行动。创业又不等于 致富全民,还要体现科学发展观,达到各方面协调,两者并举,共享成果。

One of the important measures to make people rich is to mobilize the whole nation starting undertakings. This situation in Jiangsu Province and Nanjing lags behind Zhejiang Province and Wenzhou City, causing gaps between people of the two above areas. Many articles dealing with experiences of Zhejiang and Wenzhou have been published, while difficulty is to learn from Zhejiang in light of local conditions and workable actions. Starting undertakings is not e-qual to realizing rich among people, it also depends on making scientific and practicable policies of economic development.
