优化南京创业的融资机制

在当今资金相对宽松的环境下,创业,特别是中小企业的创业过程中存在的融资难的问题在中国仍 然非常突出。本文针对南京市的创业融资机制,在对其改革发展状况进行了回顾和基本评价之后,探讨了政 府在创业融资中的定位,提出了构建以民间资本为主体的创业融资体制的思路并提出了相应的政策建议。
