优化南京创业的融资机制探讨

南京市委、市政府提出"两个率先"和"富民强市"的目标,而加快发展是实现目标的手段。文章指 出,创业是拉动经济发展的重要因素,融资难的老问题制约着南京的创业者。探讨了优化南京创业的融资机 制,认为首先要创新间接融资形式,既要减少银行风险,又要扩大创业信贷;其次要适应全球趋势,扩大直接融 资渠道;第三,政府给予创业者一定的融资支持也很重要;最后,创业者对自有资金进行运作,滚动发展,客观 上也优化了南京创业融资环境。

The government of Nanjing city has established the developing targets of' two priorities'and 'lead the people richer as well as make the city stronger'. And rapid development is the right means to get it. This article shows that building a company is the most important factor, but the question of financing always hampers the process. To solve the financing problem, the city firstly should innovate the means of financing by reducing the risk of bank and enhancing the credit of creating a new company. Secondly, the government should adapt it with the outside world, to widen the financing sources. Thirdly, it is also important to show give some financing support to the people who want to create an enterprise . Finally, people should make use of his own money to keep the developing speed.
