创业家素质与创业资金的筹措

全球创业观察(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor,简称GEM)的研究表明:"创业与经济增长之间存在促 进关系。中国创业活动对经济增长的贡献并没有达到GEM成员的平均贡献水平。创业对经济增长的潜力尚 未充分发挥出来。中国需要进一步推动创业活动的开展。"本文在分析创业与创业家素质的基础上,就创业资 金的筹措问题进行了探讨,提出了解放思想,提高认识,加快创业企业的发展;加快具有创新意识和创业精神 的人力资源的培养;加大对创业企业成长发展的财政与金融支持等三大政策建议。以期为加快我市"富民强 市"战略的实施贡献一份力量。

The study on Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) shows that entrepreneurship and economy growth enforces each other. In China, the contributions of entrepreneurship hasn' t reached the average level of GEM member countries. As far as economy growth is concerned, the potentials of entrepreneurship hasn t dug up yet, so it' s urgent to stimulate entrepreneurship. Making an analysis of the entrepreneurship and traits of entrepreneur, the paper probes the issue of raising money. It' s concluded that open-mindedness and clear understanding is necessary to the development of enterprise. And the cultivation of the entrepreneurship-conscious person should be sped up. The three financial policies for the development of enterprise should be strengthened. In this way, we can contribute to the 'rich people, strong city' strategy.
