加快大学科技园建设 优化南京创业环境

大学科技园是政府、企业和大学合作的一种恰当形式,为众多创业企业提供了技术源和人才库。本 文从优化创业环境出发,对南京大学科技园的功能进行了重新定位,对大学科技园的服务平台、创新体系和运 行机制进行了科学设计,并在最后提出了一系列加快大学科技园建设的针对性建议。

University Science Park is the proper cooperate form of government, university and enterprise. It provide technique source and talent in storage. In order to improving venture environment, the thesis re-locating the function of university science park, design the serving-terrace, innovation system and operating-mechanism. At last, a series of suggestions aiming for accelerating construction was given.
