优化南京创业的社会氛围研究

优化创业的社会氛围是实现充分就业的重要组成部分。本文联系南京实现"两个率先"的实际,阐 述了优化创业社会氛围的涵义和意义。对现阶段南京创业的社会氛围存在的问题进行了分析。并从思想、体 制、舆论宣传、教育引导等方面提出了优化南京创业社会氛围的对策。

It is an important component of realizing full employment to optimize the social atmosphere of starting an undertaking. This article analyses the contents and significance and the existing problems of contact optimizing the social enviorenment of starting an undertaking contacting the reality of 'taking lead in two aspects in Nanjing'. And rises the countermeasure of optimizing the environment of starting an undertaking in Nanjing from the aspects of recognition, system, propaganda and education.
