论民营企业创业发展的法律问题及对策

在我国民营经济的发展中,面临着民营企业的法律性质、贷款难、政策不公平以及体制的不完善与 法制的不健全等一系列法律问题。为此,应通过依法保护民营产权及其合法收入、营造良好法治环境和完善 投资环境等基本途径及其对策,以进一步鼓励、支持和引导民营企业不断创业与持续发展。

In our country, the development of nongovernmental business economy is confronting with some problems, such as the definition of its juristic character, the difficulties in loaning from the banks, inequities in the government policies and some imperfection of the economic, political and legal systems. Therefore, the government should take some effective activities according to the law to protect their property rights and legitimate income in order to strengthen the rule of law and perfect the investment environment. We believe the countermeasures above would encourage the nongovernmental business and lead them to the vigorous and continuing development.
