摘要 本文分析了酚醛树脂的合成原理,从一、二次树脂体系着手,确立了合理的树脂体系;相应地提高一次浸胶的含量,改变了两次浸胶含量的比例,制作了性能良好的低吸水率酚醛纸基覆铜板。 The compose principle of phenolic resin is analysed in the paper,reasonable resin system is establishedwith the first resin and the second resin. With improving the content of first impregnating,changing the proportion oftwo impregnating content, The phenolic cellulose paper copper clad laminate is made,it shows well performance andlow water absorption rate.
