中国环境法的法典化问题研究

The Study on the Codization of Chinese Environmental Laws

从当前中国环境立法的缺陷出发,分析制订有中国特色的环境法典的可能性以及可能存在的障碍,并就其制订过程中应当注意的问题进行了分析,希望以此来促进中国环境法法典化进程。

Based on the defects of present chinese environmental laws, this paper analyses the possibility and possible existing obstructs of forming an environmental code with chinese features and makes an awalysis of the problems which should be paid attention to in the course of its formation. It is hoped that this paper will help to speed up the programs of codization of chinese environmental laws.
