摘要
法国的福利制度使法国的社会低层人士享有完善的经济和社会保障。然而这一制度面临许多问题和深刻的内在矛盾,它虽然在一定程度上保证了穷人的基本生活所需,但并没有从根本上解决法国社会贫富悬殊的问题。相反,它损害了生产效率,使法国社会缺乏活力,死气沉沉。它还对法国社会的整体发展前景产生重大影响。
France has a well-developed welfare system, which enables poor people to have good access to social and economic benefits. But at the same time, it has brought about many problems and contradictions. Although it guarantees the necessaries for the life of poor people, it fails to narrow the wide gap between the rich and the poor in French society. On the contrary, it has impaired the production efficiency and made French society short of vitality. It will have a tremendous impact on the development of French society in the future.
