江泽民在全面分析国际国内形势的基础上 ,根据马克思主义辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本原理 ,总结国内外发展问题上的经验教训 ,提出了一系列发展的新理论。发展应是全面的发展 ;发展具有十分重要的地位 ;发展要有科学的方法 ;发展的最终目的是为了人民。

Jiang Zemin has raised a series of new developing theory which is based on the basic principals of Maxism Pialectic Materialism and Historical Materialism. He has concluded the internatinal and domestic experience and lessons of devlopment must be in all-aspects and have very important position the development must be in scientific way and the only purpose that it must be for people. His viewpoint of the development is meaningful for the construction of our social modernization.
