On the Issue of Crimes Committed by Migrant Workers from the Perspective of Ol ympic Games: Challenges Brought about by Changes in Legal Policies

近年北京市流动人口犯罪比例较高。流动人口犯罪的防控 ,关乎奥运会的安全。随着宪法的修正以及《城市生活无着的流浪乞讨人员救助管理办法》的发布 。

There has been an increasingly high rate of crimes committed by mig rant workers of the floating population in Beijing in recent years. Whether we c an prevent and control such crimes successfully is of great importance to the se curity of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. With the revision of the Constitution of t he People's Republic of China and the promulgation of Measures for Assisting a nd Managing Urban Vagrants and Beggars with No Means of livelihood, we are faced w ith new challenges of the management of the floating population and the preventi on and control of such crimes.
