秦汉工商业者犯罪研究

战国秦汉时期是我国古代工商业发展的黄金阶段 ,随着其不断发展 ,工商业者的活动也日趋活跃 ,与之相应的则是其犯罪的高发现象 ,影响了经济、政治的稳定。本文着重介绍了他们的犯罪行为、特点、影响及发展趋势 ,探讨了此时犯罪高发率的原因 ,对政府采取的防范。

Technology and business in Qin、Han dynasty developed very quickly. While the activities of the businessmen were very brisk, there were more and more crimes in business field. This thesis focuses on the expression 、characteristic、influence and reason of this crimes phenomenon, including the measure which the government adopted in Qin、 Han dynasty. It also generalizes the crime phenomenon of the businessmen.
