早期激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞

摘要 目的 观察缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞患者行不同波长激光治疗的疗效。方法 经眼底荧光血管造影确诊的RVO患者 2 8例 2 8眼 ,根据FFA确定光凝部位 ,选用不同波长激光进行光凝。术后 2周 ,1、2、3、6个月复查 ,随访 3~ 30个月 ,观察治疗前后视力、眼底及FFA的变化。结果 治疗后视力进步 2 0眼 (71.4 % ) ,新生血管消退 11眼 (78.6 % ) ,黄斑水肿消失 10眼 (5 5 .6 % ) ,减轻 5眼 (2 7.8% ) ,无灌注区好转。结论 对于RVO患者应早期进行光凝 ,选用不同波长激光 ,可减少新生血管的形成 ,防止严重并发症的发生。 Objective To observe the effects of laser photo coagulation with Argon and Krypton laser on the retinal vein occlusion. Methods Twenty-eight RVO patients who were dignosed with fundus fluoreceine angoigraphy (FFA) accepted the photocoagulation therapies and were followed up for 3 to 30 months.All affected eyes underwent the clinical examinations of visual acuity,fundus and FFA were performed pre- and post-photocoagulation.Results The progression of visual acuity after treament was observed at the time of the latest examination (71.4%).The results of FFA demonstrated that the neovasculation fade away(78.6%) and macular edema (83.4%)were well controlled.Conclusion In the early phase ,it is helpful for RVO patients to be performed photo coagulation,which can decreased the formation of neuvasculation and avoid serious complications.
