天麻钩藤饮治疗眩晕病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Effect and Pathogenesis of Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin on Therapy the Hypertensinon

目的 探讨中药复方天麻钩藤饮的降压作用。方法 将 90例病人随机分为治疗组 4 5例 ,服用天麻钩藤饮汤剂 ;对照组 4 5例 ,服用西药卡托普利。检测治疗前后患者的血压、血脂、血浆内皮素、一氧化氮及中医症状 ,作为观察指标。结果 两组均可降低患者的ET、血脂及升高NO的含量 ,治疗组改善中医症状优于对照组 ,并具有统计学意义。结论 天麻钩藤饮有稳定持久的降压作用 ,有较好的改善眩晕症状的作用。

Abjective To study the effect and pathogenesis of TianMa Gou Teng Yin reduce high blood pressure(BP).Methods 90 patients with this disease were randomly divided into two groups, testing group(45 cases) and controlling group(45 cases).Endothelin(ET),NO,BP,Blood lipid were measured and compared their levels with pro-and post treatment Results After treating BP,ET,Lipid was lowered while NO increased compared with pro-treating.And all have statistical significance.But no significant difference on droping the blood pressure between the two groups.Conclusion Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin can drop the blood pressure steadly and constantly and improving symptions of TCM is superior to Captopril groups.
