The Study of the Effects of Arterial Blood Drawing with ABG Draw Dry Heparinized Syringe and Injetor

目的 探讨动脉血气针与注射器抽取动脉血效果。方法 对 2 0例患者同时行ABG动脉血气针抽取动脉血与注射器抽取血 ,将两种方法进行比较。观察病人疼痛程度、一针穿刺成功率、主要血气分析结果等。结果 ABG动脉血气针穿刺抽血可减轻病人疼痛程度 ,二种穿刺血标本 ,主要血气分析结果比较无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 对有条件的医院和病人 ,可提倡使用ABG动脉血气针抽取动脉血标本。

Objective To find a method of reducing the pain. Methods To compare ABG draw dry heparinized syring to injector for 20 samples of patients at the same time and observe the level of pain, success rate of puncture, main result of blood gas analysis, etc .Results ABG draw dry heparinized syringe reduces the pain level increases by compared(p>0.05). Conclusion For the hospitals and patients who have got the conditions, ABG draw dry heparinzed syringe is recommended for arterial blood perparatin.
