摘要
发展经济以牺牲环境成本为代价的危害性已被国人所意识,人类活动与自然环境的和谐相处显得十分重要。文章主要探讨了在创建绿色饭店过程中如何协调好酒店、客人、环境三者的关系,让客人在人性关爱中认同绿色饭店,成为绿色饭店的忠实顾客。
Environmental crisis occurs in our life from time to time. Chinese people have a clear awareness of the danger which results from developing economy at the expense of environmental cost. The harmony between human activities and natural environment appears very important. This paper discusses how to harmonize relations between the hotels, guests and environment so that guests will take a liking for eco-efficient hotels when they get humanity caring and become their consumers.
