On Theory of Social Development

社会发展论应当建立在社会生存本体论的基础之上,社会的发展就是人类生存条件的改善和生存质量的提高。社会生存与发展的统一,要求人类走可持续性发展的道路。改善人与自然的关系,改善人口的生产方式,维护世界和平、改善世界秩序、加强世界合作、谋求共同发展,应当成为当代人类社会的主导思想和基本决策。

The theory of social development should be based on the theory of social survival ontology, and social development is the improvement of human survival conditions and survival quality. The unity of social survival and development calls for the route of sustained development. The guiding thought and basic strategy for the modern society should be the improvement of the relation between man and nature, the improvement of population production modes, the maintenance of world peace, the improvement of world order and the reinforcement of world cooperation for collaborative development.
