摘要
由于社会发展 ,公民权利意识的高涨 ,现行的医患纠纷解决机制在解决具体纠纷时的滞后性、低效率性等问题凸现出来 ,优化现行的医患纠纷解决机制成为必要。但优化的目标是什么 ?如何优化 ?这是我们研究医患纠纷解决机制优化面临的主要问题。为此 ,从现行的医患纠纷解决机制的实体法律规范方面和程序法律规范方面 。
The low efficiency of the present solution mechanism of doctor-patient dispute has made it necessary to optimize the mechanism. The main problem facing us now is to determine the aims and the ways of the optimization. This paper deals with a preliminary study on the aims of the optimization.
