国内外体育师资再教育问题的分析研究——中外对教师再教育方面的重视程度、执教水平与学历要求的比较

Analysis on the PE Teacher's Re-education in China and Foreign Country

采用文献资料法及系统分析法,比较分析了国内外在体育师资再教育方面的特点及现状,分别就对体育教师再教育的重视程度、教师执教水平,以及在职体育教师的学历要求作了系统比较研究。旨在为我国的体育教师再教育问题提供一些依据。

In this paper,the author analyzes the different practice in PE teacher's re-education,he compares level of paying importance,the PE teaching skill request and their educational background.
