精英教育和大众化教育的质量标准各有不同 ,而体育高等教育应以能否满足社会政治、经济、文化发展的需求 ,适应社会变化能力的强弱为衡量体育高等教育质量的基本标准 ;体育高等教育应树立在适应性基础上的特色化质量观。

Quality standards for education for all and education for the elites are different. The standards for sports higher education should be based on whether it can meet the needs of the development of social politics,economy and culture and how much it can be adapted to the social changes. Therefore,sports higher education should establish outlook focusing on adaptability.
