对新世纪教练员修养的研究——读袁伟民《我的执教之道》的启示

A study of self-possession of coaches in the 21st century——Enlightenment after reading Yuan Weiming's The Way of My Coaching

袁伟民所著《我的执教之道》其中最突出的四条执教之道 ,即事业“入迷之道”、抓思想与抓训练同步之道、意志磨砺之道、创新思维之道。作为与“女排精神”一脉相承的袁伟民执教之道 ,是袁伟民教练思想的系统总结 ,对提高现代教练员的修养 ,促进我国体育事业发展具有重要意义。

The ways of Yuan Weiming's coaching include way of “devotion to the career”,“way of emphasizing training and ideology cultivation”,“way of having strong will” and way of being creative”. These ways can be traced to the same origin of “Spirit of the Chinese Women's Volleyball Team”. They are significant for the promotion of the coaches' self-possession and the Chinese sports.
