论大众化教育背景下普通高校的成人教育

Adult education of institutes and universities in education for all

21世纪 ,随着我国高等教育由精英化教育向大众化教育发展 ,普通高校成人教育面临着新的机遇和挑战。以成人教育与终身教育、成人教育与人的全面发展、成人教育与社会的全面进步之间的内在联系为切入点 ,论述了大众化教育背景下发展成人教育的重大意义 ,并深入剖析了普通高校发展成人教育的必然性和可行性。

With the development of higher education in China in the 21st century,education for the elite has changed into education for all. Therefore,adult education in institutes and universities are faced with both challenges and opportunities. This paper expatriates the significance of developing adult education in education for all on the basis of analyzing the inter-relationships between adult education and lifetime education,between adult education and overall development of the people,between adult and social progress.
