Outlook of scientific development is a brand new strategy and concept of administering a country,which will inevitably have a deep impact on the reform and development of sports in China. The sports in China are public undertakings with the ultimate goal to build up people's body and mind so that they will be fully devoted to the construction of an overall well-off society. To keep sustainable development,sports must be guided under the outlook of scientific development and be people-oriented in order to develop in an overall,coordinate and healthy way.
