摘要 阐述了人体内毒的含义、来源和主要的排毒途径 ,从运动生理和运动心理的角度 ,论述了体育健身运动具有排毒、解毒、抗毒以及解除“心毒”即心理障碍等特殊的功能。 This paper expatriated the meanings,origin of toxin of the body and the primary ways to expel toxin. Special functions of bodybuilding sports in expelling toxin,detoxication,antitoxin and eliminating psychological obstacle etc. were analyzed.
