法律信仰是主体心理状态的上乘境界,是实现法治的内驱力,对法治化进程起着积极的推动作用。在我国农村的法治化过程中,主体法律信仰危机严重阻碍了中国法治建设的进度。法律信仰危机,是因为人治传统、法律制度、司法及礼法传统等多种因素导致的。法律信仰的培植是当前农村法治建设的首要任务。

In the course of the process of the countryside of our country, subject legal crisis in moral convictions hinder Chinese construction progress seriously. Thus, many kinds of factors cause it, such as legal crisis in moral convictions, ruling by men in tradition, legal system, administration of justice, courtesy law tradition, etc. So the primary task of present rural construction of ruling by law is the cultivation of legal faith.
