Family's violence is paid close attention to by the society day by day. Under the present social condition, the compensation in wedding of violence has better legal foundation and material base through materiality and spirit compensation. In order to structure compensation system of family's violence, the matrimonial regime should be perfected further, “family violence prevent and cure law' should be made and administration of justice should also be improved.
