论我国公务员申诉控告制度之完善

On Perfection of the Charging System of Public Servant

我国现行公务员申诉控告制度实施已有一段时间,在实施过程中该制度日益暴露出一些缺陷:制度本身不完善;申诉控告的程序较笼统,尚需细化;缺乏专门机构和高素质的从业人员。发展和完善我国公务员申诉控告制度,须进一步加强该制度的规范化、制度化和法制化。

The current charging system of public servant has been implemented for some time already in our country. However, this system exposes some defects and insufficient day by day in the course of implementing,such as the system itself is not perfect; the charging procedure is too general relatively, still needs to be detailed, being lack of the specialized agency and high-quality employee. In order to develop and perfect the system, its standardization, institutionalized and legalization must be strengthened further.
