胃血管瘤16例及内镜诊断

Gastric hemangioma and Endoscopic diagnosis (16 cases report)

目的 对胃血管瘤的临床及胃镜诊断情况进行总结 ,以提高对该疾病的认识。方法 用电子胃镜常规进行检查 ,镜下如发现局部粘膜有微隆起的红斑时 ,将胃镜的物镜靠近病灶 ,如见病灶为成团的杂乱血管组成则诊断为胃血管瘤 ,并对其临床表现进行总结。结果 共检查 2 6 891例 ,诊断出 1 6例 1 7个病灶。临床表现上无特殊表现。结论 电子胃镜检查对胃血管瘤诊断有较大价值。

Aim The clinical situation and endoscopic diagnosis of gastric hemangioma were summarized to better understand the disease. Methods A series of 26 891 consecutive patients were examined With electronic gastroscope. If the local gastric mucosa was little ridgy erythema the object lens were closed up the focus. The focus composed from clutter vascular mass was diagnosed as hemangioma and the clinical situation of the cases were summerized. Results 16 cases (17 foci) were found without special clinical situations. Conclusion Electronic gastroscopy is more sensitive to small gastric hemangioma cases which have rarely clinical symptom.
