Understanding prevention and cure of teenagers pulmonary tuberculosis(clinical analysis of 61 caese)

目的 探讨提高青少年肺结核治愈率的方法。方法 回顾性分析 6 1例青少年肺结核的治疗。结果 对于青少年肺结核的治疗 ,在合理选择抗结核药物的同时 ,加强全程督导 ,配合健康教育可望提高结核病的治愈率。

Aim To disscuss the method of improving the cure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis in teenagers. Methods We evaluated the diaginosis and therapy of teenagers' pulmonary tuberculosis. Results Reasonable selection of drugs, augmenting Dots and health education could improve the cure rate of teenagers' pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion Health education was the key to improve the cure rate of teenagers' pulmonary tuberculosis.
