HPLC法测定散痰宁糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

HPLC determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in santanning syrup

目的 为了控制散痰宁糖浆的质量 ,建立盐酸麻黄碱含量测定的HPLC方法。方法 色谱条件为 :Sim PackODS柱 ,0 0 1mol·L-1 磷酸二氢钾溶液—甲醇 (95∶5 )用磷酸调 pH至 2 5为流动相 ,流速 1 2ml·min-1 ,检测波长 2 1 0nm ,柱温为室温。结果 盐酸麻黄碱在 1 0 0 2 8～ 6 0 1 6 8mg·L-1 浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系 (r=0 9999) ,平均回收率 99 4 1 % ,RSD=2 0 %。结论 本法简便、准确、重复性好 。

Aim For the quality control of santanning syrup, to establish a method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride by HPLC.Methods A Sim pack ODS column ,the mobile phase was 0 01 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate method(95∶5) (adjusted PH to 2 5 with H 3PO 4).The flow rate was 1 2 ml·min -1 .The detection was performed at 210 nm.Results Average density of ephedrine hydrochloride between 10 028～60 168 μg·ml -1 ( r=0 9999 ),linear relationhip is good,and average rate of recovery:99 41%,RSD=2 0%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and stable,and it can be used to control the quality of santanning syrup.
