苦参素与α-干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效比较及成本—效果分析

Comparision of therapeutic effects and cost-effectiveness analysis of matrine and α-interferon for chronic hepatitis B

目的 比较苦参素和α 干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效 ,并探讨其经济等效果。方法 80例患者随机分成两组 ,A组用苦参素 6mg肌注 ,每日 1次 ,疗程 3个月 ;B组用α 干扰素 30 0万IU肌注 ,每日 1次 ,疗程 3个月。观察和比较临床效果 ,并运用药物经济学的成本 效果分析法进行评价。结果 在临床症状和肝功能的改善方面 ,两种方案效果相近 ,但苦参素组ALT恢复正常的成本—效果比低于α 干扰素组 ;在乙肝病毒指标消除方面 ,两组疗效也很相近 ,但苦参素给HbeAg转阴的成本 效果比较优于α 干扰素组。结论 苦参素和α 干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎均有较好疗效 ,在改善肝功能以及抗乙肝病毒方面两者疗效相近 ,但苦参素组的经济效果高于α

Aim To compare the clinical and economical effects of matrine and α interferon in treating chronic hepatitis B.Method 80 cases randomly divided into two groups.Group A,matrine in a dose of 6 mg ,im,q.d.for 3 month Group B,α interferon in a dose of 3 million units,im,q,d for 3 months.The clinical effects were observed and evaluated with pharmacoeconomic cost effectiveness analysis.Result In improving symptoms and liver function ,two therapeutic regimes presented similar effect. But lower expenses were costed in unit effect of decreasing ALT in group A.In clearance of virus index, two therapeutic regimes presented similar effect,group A costed lower expenses in unit effect of HBeAg negative conversion.Conclusion Both matrine and α interferon presented fairly good therapetic effect for chronic hepatitis B.In improving liver functions and In antiviral efficary ,two preparations showed similar clinical effect but matrine presented better econmical effect.
