29例胃肠道间质瘤临床病理分析

A clinicopathologic study of 29 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

目的 探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理 ,免疫组化和组织分型。方法 2 9例胃肠道间质瘤进行常规检查及免疫组化染色检测。结果 胃肠道间质瘤好发于胃和小肠 ,常见的临床症状为消化道出血 ,腹痛。 2 9例中Vimentin ,SMA ,S 10 0 ,CD3 4 阳性分别为 96 5 % ,4 1 3% ,17 2 % ,86 2 %。结论 胃肠道间质瘤虽然光镜下形态相似 ,但具有多向分化特征 ,免疫组化在诊断中起重要作用 ,CD3 4 有较高特异性和敏感性。

Aim To investigate the clinicopathologic,immunohistochemical and histologic classification of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs).Methods 29 cases of GISTs were studied by routine stain and immunohistochemisty.Results GISTs affect predominantly the stomach and small intestines .The main clinical manifestations were gastrointestinal hemorrhage and abdominal pain. In 29 cases of GISTs,the positive rates by immunohistochemical methods for Vimentin,SMA,S-100,and CD 34 were 96.5%,41.3%,17.2%,86.2% respectively.Conclusion Despite their similar light microscopic appearance.GISTs have multiple differentiated characteristic.Immunohistochemisty play a main role in the diagnosis of GISTs,whereas CD 34 has relatively high specificity and sensitivity.
