关于推进民族地区双语教师继续教育的若干思考

摘要 推进民族地区双语教师继续教育要坚持以政府组织实施为主导,立足于基础教育的实际,明确对象、目标和要求,规划继续教育的蓝图;强化统一领导、分级负责、分类管理,建立纵向层级管理与横向自我调节相结合的管理体制;经费要列入财政预算,并与普通教育经费的三个增长实现同步配套核拨;实践中要以强化管理、提高质量和整体效益为主要目标;防止和克服教材与课程的逻辑关系倒置,教材内容要着重体现中华民族持久、强大的凝聚力,体现语言与专业知识的有机融合。 To promote the continuous education of the bilingual-teachers in minority nationality regions. We should, leading by the management form government, focus on the fact of principle education, define the object, target and requirement, layout the blueprint for the continuous education, strenghten the unified guidance, classified answer for and assorted management, establish the management system of longitude level adminitration with horizontal self-adjustment, make the expenses into the financial budget get the realization of increase and distribute together with that of common-education. Also, we should practice with main purpose of strengthening management, improving quality and increasing whole benefit, actively improve the teaching methods, stressing the strength and permanece of rallying power of Chinese people.
