This paper lays special stress on explaining the importance of the formulation of an adult teaching plan, the institution of a teaching administrative system and strengthening the work of examination administration in regular colleges and universities and gives a summary of the principles of and measures for energizing teaching administration and improving teaching quality in the College of Adult Aducation, Xinjiang Medical University. And it clearly points out that the quality of medical education should be really improved and a large environment created for training talented personnel in an all-round way by means of reforms in ideas on education, the content of courses and the methods of teaching.
