摘要 农用轮胎常在恶劣环境下连续工作,其花纹形状十分复杂。文章介绍了农用轮胎的特点和轮胎模具的生产流程,然后结合轮胎花纹块的铸造、抛光、机械加工等工艺要求,阐述了农用轮胎花纹块模具设计方法并导出计算公式,内容包括:径向断面的工艺尺寸设计、轴向与周向的展开与弯曲设计;提出采用Coons曲面构造出模具内腔壁曲面的方法。 The pattern of the tyre of agricultural vehicles has to fit in with the inclement working situations of the vehicles,which brings some difficulty to the pattern block mold design of the tyre. In this paper,the process flow of the tyre's mold is introduced first,then the designing method of the pattern block mold of the tyre of agricultural vehicles is described in consideration of the technological requirements of the tyre's pattern block in such aspects as casting,polishing and machining. The design of the radial section as well as that of the axial and tangent unbending and bending is discussed in detail. The curved surface of the pocket of the female mold is constructed by the method of Coons surface, which is suitable to describe the tyre profile.
