压力容器高应变部位应力场试验和数值分析

摘要 针对压力容器接管区高峰应变、高应变剃度、强大的弹性约束和应变峰值呈单向应力状态的特征,在压力容器接管模拟试板的基础上,对多种孔径的异型板应力应变场进行光弹性试验研究并建立有限元模型,分别就不带裂纹和带有裂纹的异型板进行应力分析。数值结果表明,高峰应变区的应力集中与试验结果较为吻合,为异型板设计的合理性和裂纹扩展分析提供了可靠依据。 In view of the characteristic of high strain gradients at the junction between the pressure vessel and the nozzle, based on the simulating shape plate of the pressure vessel nozzle, photoelastic analysis of four types of special shape plates is carried out and the finite element models are established. The stresses are obtained by means of the finite element method and experimental research, respectively. The calculation results are in accordance with those of experiment results. This study provides a reliable basis for the design of special shape plates and analysis of extending crack.
