摘要
滚轮法测量大型工件的直径是一种应用较广、技术上较成熟的方法。研究发现,滚轮轴线与被测大轴轴线的平行度对大轴直径的测量精度影响较大。文章介绍了所研制的一套辅助瞄准装置,借助该装置对滚轮方位进行调整可以提高滚轮轴线与被测大轴轴线的平行性,从而减小滚轮变形对大轴直径测量精度的影响。实验数据证明了辅助装置的有效性。
The rolling-wheel method is widely used in the practical measuring of large-diameter workpieces and mature in technology,but the parallelism between the axes of the rolling-wheel and the workpiece has a great influence on the measurement precision of the system. An assistant orientational collimating equipment is introduced in this paper.The parallelism between the axes of the rolling-wheel and the workpiece can be adjusted and improved by using the developed equipment,and the error caused by deformation decreased. The experiment result verifies the effectiveness of the presented equipment.
