大轴滚轮测量系统中光电开关特性标定

Standardizing of the photoelectric switch in the high accurate large shaft measurement system by using the rolling-wheel method

摘要 在高精度大轴滚轮测量系统中,为保证整个测量系统实现预期的高精度,必须对组成系统的各个测量环节的精度加以控制。文章介绍了光电开关测量大轴转数精度的标定方法以及为此研制的标定装置、数据采集处理软件,并给出了光电开关响应位置及光电脉冲上升沿延时的标定结果。 In order to guarantee the expected high accuracy in the high accurate large shaft measurement system, the precision of the parts of which the system is made up has to be controlled. It is shown in the paper how to standardize the photomicrosensor used to measure the rotated number of the large shaft. The standardizing equipment and the software for data acquisition and processing are introduced,and the experiment results of the sensing place and the delay of the raising curve of the photoelectric switch are presented.
