Maintenance of gas source for the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine

三坐标测量机作为一种精密的测量仪器,如果维护及保养及时,就能延长机器的使用寿命,并使精度得到保障,故障率也会大大降低。文章针对三坐标测量机压缩空气的气源方面的问题进行了讨论,并给出了具体的解决方案,即压缩空气管线正确布置、定期维护和及时更换滤芯等,从而保证按照规定要求提供合格的气源。

Three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine is a kind of precise instrument,and in order to prolong its working life, guarante its precision and decrease its failure rate,maintenance of the machine should be carried out well. In this paper, some problems concerning with the compressed gas source of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine are discussed,and then some corresponding solving plans are described,which includes correct allocation of compressed air pipeline,regular maintenance and change of filter core when necessary, so that clean gas source can be provided in accordance with the requirement of related standards.
