摘要
该文研究了以沉淀白炭黑为原料,采用减压蒸馏法直接合成六配位体有机硅化合物的新方法。通过实验确定了最佳合成条件。用红外光谱和X-Ray衍射分析合成产物的结构。结果表明:以碱土金属氧化物为介质时,合成产物为六配位体有机硅化合物;在最佳合成条件下,钡盐的转化率达90%以上,钙盐的转化率在60%以上。
A new method is presented for synthesis of organosilicon compounds directly from precipitated white carbon black by reduced pressure distillation. The optimum synthetic conditions are determined and the structure of products is analyzed by IR and XRD. The results show that when alkaline earth metal oxides are used as the medium, the products are hexacoordinate silicon complexes, and that under the optimum synthetic conditions, the conversion yields of barium salt and calcium salt are greater than 90% and 60% respectively.
